At ground level via ramps. Elevators:
- to the S-Bahn departure platform, on the basement level, next to the S-Bahn-Info-Counter or right past it at the end of the corridor. To access the elevator, you have to exit the S-Bahn left no matter what direction you are coming from!
- Exit Nord Arnulfstraße to the main hall of the track platforms and to the S-Bahn-platforms
- Exit Süd Bayerstraße, to the basement level, from there elevator to the U4, U5 (not to U1, U2!)
- From the basement level to the U1, U2 (not to U4, U5!)
- At the station square, from the station of the Tram to the basement level

The dispenser contains push-buttons for blind or sight impaired and for wheelchair users or hearing impaired travellers. The number will be announced and appears on a screen. The counter for hearing impaired has an induction loop. The counter for wheelchair users is height- adjustable.
On all track platforms there are tactile detectible strips of ribbed slabs.
